Habe im Urlaub auf Bali diese wunderbare Band gehört. Amba-Amba ist ein echter Ohrwurm, wenn Du ihn morgens hörst, dann lässt er Dich nicht mehr los. Amba ist die Muttergöttin und sie wird in diesem Gebetslied besungen. Übrigens: der Gitarrist hat das absolute Gehör. Träller ihm ein paar Takte von einem Lied vor und er kann es spielen. Hat drei Stunden internationale und balinesische Lieder gespielt - faszinierend. Gerade festgestellt, dass das Lied ursprünglich von Larisa Stow performed wurde (die wohl auch schon mal Gast im Bali Mandala war) und auf ihrem Album "Urban Mantra" zu hören ist. Danke für den Hinweis, Benj. Found this little band on Bali. Great and you can't get it out of you ears...;-)...Amba is the Mother of Gods and this is a song for praying. The guitarplayer is great. He played three hours in a night international and local songs. He learned playing guitarr for his own, without a teacher. just heard, that this song is a song performed original from Larisa Stow on her Album Urban Mantra (see on ITunes!).
